Side Effects

I know drug dealers, I mean manufacturers, have to disclose all possible side-effects of the medications they sell, but the following lists, for Belviq, a weight-loss pill, are mind-boggling. the list is from the drugs.com site. The bolding is mine... But I have no idea what "more common" means.

bladder pain
bloody or cloudy urine
blurred vision
body aches or pain
chills
cold sweats
coma
confusion
cool, pale skin
cough
depression
difficult, burning, or painful urination
difficulty with breathing
dizziness
ear congestion
fast heartbeat

frequent urge to urinate
